And finally: here are some photos I took up in Montmartre today after I made the first payment on the apartment I’ll be renting for June on Rue Lepic. It’s prime Amelie Poulain stomping grounds and all cobblestone-streets-rooftop-views-thighs-are-killing-you-hills-elevator-in-the-metro-station-18e-arrondissement glory. The photos are actually of none of those things, but rather of little trinkets I came across in a tiny shop that looks like the setting for those awesome I Spy books I hope you had as a child.
